Words After Dark

This section is played with letters: word grids, crosswords, anagrams, word riddles, and boards where the answer is a word rather than a fast tap. We reject spelling tests, language courses in disguise, typing drills, and any board with a hidden dictionary that makes you guess instead of reason. A board here has to show you the full word list or every clue from the start, so you decide where to begin. A board like that usually ends in ten to fifteen minutes, and the natural stopping point is the end of the list rather than the end of a clock. If you have ten minutes left before bed, this is the easiest of the seven sections to choose.
